To keep this guarantee fair for all customers, the following conditions apply.
100-day claim window:
- Requests must be submitted within 100 days after delivery
- Requests submitted after this period cannot be accepted
One claim per product:
- Each product can only be claimed once per customer
- Claims for the same product cannot be made again in future purchases
Proof of purchase required:
- order number
- purchase email
Product must have been tried:
- The guarantee applies only if the product has been used
Shipping costs:
- Shipping costs are not refundable
- The voucher applies only to the product value
Fair use policy:
- We reserve the right to decline requests in cases of repeated or suspicious claims
- Terms may be adjusted when necessary to keep the guarantee fair.
