Please note:

  • Free gifts are automatically added to your cart when the conditions are met (e.g., minimum order value or specific promotional products).

  • While supplies last. If a free gift is no longer available, it cannot be resent or replaced.

  • Promotion codes cannot be combined with other discounts or free gift offers.

Received wrong or missing items?
If something is missing or delivered incorrectly, we’re very sorry!
Please contact us via the contact form and provide the following information:

  • Your order number (#BWB-DE…)

  • A description of the issue (e.g., wrong product, missing jar, etc.)

  • If possible, a photo of the delivery
