You have 100 days from the date your order was placed to contact us regarding a return or refund if you would like to get your money back. After this period, we unfortunately cannot process any refunds or money returns.
Please make sure to contact us within this time frame, and we will be happy to assist you!
Important Notes:
The Satisfaction Guarantee can only be applied once per product.
We offer a maximum of 3 Satisfaction Guarantees for different products. After reaching this limit, we can no longer process additional refunds under the Satisfaction Guarantee.
Please also note that the Satisfaction Guarantee only applies to orders placed on our website. Products purchased elsewhere (e.g., in stores or on Amazon) are not eligible for a refund.
