📌 Important: Klarna is a separate payment provider

When you choose Klarna as your payment method, please note that:

  • The payment process is handled directly between you and Klarna.

  • We do not have access to Klarna’s internal system, so we cannot pausechange, or extend any invoices or payment deadlines on your behalf.


🤔 What to do if you haven’t received your order but your Klarna invoice is still open?

No worries – we’re here to help!
If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived yet, and your Klarna invoice is still running:

  1. Let us know as soon as possible – we will check the shipping status of your order from our side.

  2. Contact Klarna directly and let them know that your order hasn’t arrived yet – they can pause the payment or put it on hold for you.

💸 How Klarna refunds work

If you’ve already paid your Klarna invoice and a refund is issued:

  • The refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method by Klarna.

  • You will receive a confirmation from Klarna once your refund has been completed.

  • Refund processing usually takes 1–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
