How you take the bears is entirely up to you! You can spread them out throughout the day to snack on between meals, or enjoy them all at once – whether as a snack at 10 a.m., as a sweet alternative to Knoppers, as dessert, or while relaxing on the couch while watching TV. The choice is yours!
Exceptions:
Our collagen bears, i.e., Bootylicious Shape and Born This Way , should be taken separately from other bears. This allows them to achieve their optimal effect. It's also important not to take our Burn Baby Burn and My Metabolic Matcha on an empty stomach.
You should take the Wake Up Energy Call Bears early in the day (i.e., morning, midday, or early afternoon—but not in the evening), whereas our Keepin' It Calm Bears should be consumed in the late afternoon or evening. Our Super Snooze Bears should be consumed approximately 30 minutes before bedtime. This helps maintain your natural day/night rhythm.
