The standard delivery time is 1-3* working days (Monday-Saturday). Please note that the delivery time is calculated from the moment you receive the tracking number and not from the moment you place the order. 

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier, the courier is responsible for delivery. In the event of public holidays, weather or other circumstances, delivery may take longer. We ask for your understanding.

IMPORTANT: We would like to point out that the delivery of your parcel, once it leaves our warehouse, depends solely on the carrier. Once we have handed over the parcel to the delivery company, we no longer have the option of making changes to the routing or speed of delivery.

*Standard delivery is with DHL. The indicated delivery time is estimated for orders in Germany. Information about delivery times to other countries can be found on THIS page.
