How long does the delivery take?
The standard delivery time is 1-3* working days (Monday-Saturday). Please note that the delivery time is calculated from the moment you receive the tracking number and not from the moment you place the order. Once the parcel is handed over to the cou
Dispatch time
On the product page, you’ll see if a product is available or if dispatch will take longer. We always ship complete orders, so if one item has a longer preparation time, it may delay the whole order. When all items are available, we typically dispatch
Our carriers
In Germany and Austria, orders will be shipped via DHL. For international orders, the local carrier may take over delivery within the destination country.
Pick-up stations
When placing an order, you can select the “Standard Pickup Point Delivery” option in the “Shipping Methods” section. After selecting this option, you can choose the pickup point that is most convenient for you.
How to track an order
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a delivery tracking number. You will receive regular tracking updates until your parcel reaches its destination. If you can’t find the tracking notification
Shipping costs
